Organizational Structure
The affairs of CCACH are directed by an Executive Board of thirteen (13) volunteer Board Directors, who are elected on a staggered basis, at our annual general meeting from among member organizations representatives and individual membership. The day-to-day business of the organization is conducted by an Operations Committee made up of the officers. The Board holds monthly meetings to review programs and committee reports, operational and financial reports; and review and approve new program initiatives, policies and procedures.
The Board is assisted by a number of standing and ad-hoc committees which reports to the Board via the committee chairpersons who are members of the board.
